DMWO# 854746 was written due to the frequent failures (resulting from the high heat conditions)

and equipment obsolescence. Extra care should be taken when checking the wiring and

connections. Although the decision has been made to replace the existing control panels for the

large normal chillers it will take time before all the panels are replaced.
